Liposuction is also known as fat modeling or Liposculpture suction lipectomy. This is a cosmetic surgery operation. Liposuction treatment removes fat from different sites on the human body.
In one session, few factors limit the amount of fat that can be safely removed. The operating surgeon and the patient make the decision. There are negative aspects of removing too much fat. In the skin of over-suctioned patients unusual "lumpiness" and "dents" can be seen. The surgical risk gets increased due to more fat removal.
Liposuction can be performed on:
• Inner thighs
• Inner knees
• Upper arms
• Outer thighs (saddlebags)
• Flanks (love handles)
• Submental (chin), (gullet)
• Gynecomastia (male breast tissue)
This is a complex and potentially life-threatening procedure for the removal of very large volumes of fat. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, large in this context means more than 5 liters which is around 10½ pints. Mostly, liposuction is performed on the arms, butt, abdomen and thighs in women, and the abdomen, chest and flanks in men.
No doubt, liposuction in Karachi Pakistan provides the health benefits. It is commonly associated with achieving weight loss. Mainstream doctors agree that liposuction does not help to combat fatness related metabolic disorders like insulin resistance.
